High End Protection
The main danger for mobile equipment is damage from external shocks and being dropped.
To address these issues, PORT has developed The MATT-SYSTEM®, a patented protection system comprised of
several layers of varying density absorption foam, which, through absorption, reduce the impact of external shock waves to
the computer. The most sensitive part of a laptop computer is the screen.
In 2003 PORT developed a new protection feature designed to protect the screen. The SCREEN PROTECTOR® is
made of high density foam sponge band.
Quality Control
Detailed quality controls are enforced throughout the entire manufacturing process. This quality control
process consists of 4 control points per production line plus a 12 point control before packaging.
